In house programme for Organisations / Corporate houses
Aim –
- to make participants physically fit, flexible and agile, to increase their stamina and endurance, to make them mentally strong, calm and relaxed so they can contribute their maximum to their family, organisation, nation and world at large.
Course content-
- Sthilikaran vyayama, Pawan Muktasanas, Suryanamaskars, Basic Yogasanans Standing, Sitting abdominal and supine postures, Prnayama (Basic Breathing techniques) and Relaxation & Meditation.
Duration –
- One week (Five to Six days, one and half hours to two hrs daily)
- (same participants should participate on every day)
Course Fees
- Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) for group of about 20-25 participants
- Or Rs.1,000 (one thousand) per participant+ Minimum 7 participants
- Transportation (two and fro From Ameerpet, Hyderabad)/can be discussed.
- If the venue is out side Hyderabad Rs. 20,000/- (Two Classes can be conducted morning and evenings) Rs. 1,000 per day extra during journey, accommodation has to be arranged by local organiser.
No. of Participants –
- Up to 20 per course, if hall is big few more people can be accommodated.
Venue –
- A well ventilated hall or big room with chair for theory and discussions and carpet for practical sessions. Every participant should be in position to lie down in savasana (say about 6×2.5 feet) for each participant.
Dress –
- Comfortable slight loose garments, ladies can have Punjabi ( salwar – Kameez or track suits)
Food-
- Stomach should be empty (say there should be gap of about 4.30 hrs after main meal, and about 45 mts after drink.
Content, duration venue etc, can be adjusted as per the availability and requirement.
